BASKETBALL DEFENSE & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Ages 10 - 15  |  8:30am - 3pm  |  $200

Campers don't have to take themselves too seriously in order to benefit from this skills camp — we will still have lots of fun! They will enjoy working hard and challenging their existing self-beliefs in order to improve their skills. This camp will focus on proper defense, defense skills and schemes, and endurance. Each day we will track the progress of each camper so they can have an overall understanding of how they can continue to grow. Certificates will be given to each participant at the end of the camp.

SKATE THE TRIANGLE I

Ages 9 - 13  |  8:30am - 3pm  |  $200

Are you a young skateboarder who wants more practice and a chance to improve your skills? Have you always wanted to skate but never had the chance? Spend a week learning the basics of skating and the positive aspects of skate culture. We will get warmed up and practice on campus and then venture out to explore local skateparks of the triangle (Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill). Any level of experience is welcome! All skaters need a board, helmet, and pads to participate in the camp. Let's skate!

CLAY FUN!

Ages 7 - 11  |  8:30am - 3pm  |  $200

Join Ms. Atula in creating Sculpture Art with Clay. In this camp, we will dig deep into Earth Magic as we explore how clay is harvested and how "Wild Clay" can then be used to create works of art. Campers will have an opportunity to express their creativity and learn how to use different tools and techniques for different results when working with clay and mixed media to create sculpture art. The motto is "Messy Hands, Happy Heart!"

Atula Jones has had a life-long passion for the arts. She had a career in the world of fashion before she began teaching art classes to children.
